REVIEW SUMMARY
"For a video game movie, Tomb Raider is great. For a movie – movie, it’s a resounding MEH. Vikander does make for a fantastic Lara Croft adding believability, vulnerability, realism, heroism and everything in-between. It's the plot that disappoints the most as the first act is promising, the 2nd ups the ante, but all gets flushed down the toilet in the 3rd. The filmmakers also likely think that their ending is way smarter than it actually is. While there are some edge of your seat moments, a lot of times I felt like I was watching the 'amusement park version' of Tomb Raider."
