REVIEW SUMMARY
Unhinged is just the right mix of ludicrous and thrilling. In other words, it's a completely fun watch that, while not going to blow your mind, will thoroughly entertain it. The pulpy action and suspense on display is executed rather well by our director, Derick Borte, who keeps things moving at an enjoyable pace. The movie also throws in some shocking instances to keep everyone on their toes. And frankly, the unpredictability goes a long way here. However, it will surely be Russell Crowe whom everyone will be talking about afterwards, as his hulking presence and violent performance is enough to put movie monsters the likes of Jason Vorhees and Michael Myers to shame! The film's ending could be its weak spot though, as the tension dissipates a great deal in the final showdown. Regardless, this is one exaggerated road rage horror story you'll be happy you raced to – just don’t cut anyone off!
