SYNOPSIS
Paranormal researcher Abby Yates and physicist Erin Gilbert are trying to prove that ghosts exist in modern society. When strange apparitions appear in Manhattan, Gilbert and Yates turn to engineer Jillian Holtzmann for help. Also joining the team is Patty Tolan, a lifelong New Yorker who knows the city inside and out. The four women prepare for an epic battle as more than 1,000 mischievous ghouls descend on Times Square.
REVIEW SUMMARY
"The much discussed all female cast = a non-issue. The talented cast all have great chemistry with each other and each bring a lot to the movie. The film's updated glossy feel gives the ghosts a very “theme park-like" look. The comedy was played a little too safe at times but it left me wanting more. Be warned, the theme song will be stuck in your head for a good month given that it is constantly played with different renditions."
