SYNOPSIS
Ngoc Minh Quan is a Vietnamese retired Navy SEAL whose glory days are long past and is now a small business owner. His long-buried past erupts in a revenge-fuelled vendetta when his teenage daughter dies in an act of politically motivated terrorism.
