SYNOPSIS

Based on the 1962 novel of the same name by Madeleine L'Engle.

After learning her astrophysicist father is being held captive on a distant planet, Meg works with her highly intelligent younger brother, her new friend and fellow student, and three astral travelers to save him.

REVIEW SUMMARY

"A Wrinkle In Time is a surprising miss-fire from the House of Mouse. This is an ambitious book to film adaptation that couldn't pull off the many fantastical elements. The special FX range from great to awful with performances being a mixed bag as well. Storm Reid does a serviceable job as the lead girl in search of her father, but Deric McCabe was atrocious as her little brother (sorry kid). Not even Oprah could save this disappointing Disney sized mess!"
