SYNOPSIS

Based on the novel by E. L. James, this is the third and final instalment in the Fifty Shades film series after Fifty Shades of Grey (2015) and Fifty Shades Darker(2017).

Believing they've left behind the shadowy figures from the past, billionaire Christian Grey and his new wife, Anastasia, fully embrace their inextricable connection and shared life of luxury. Just as the Greys begin to step into their new roles, sinister events come to light and jeopardize their happy ending before it even begins.

REVIEW SUMMARY

"I wish I had a safe word to yell out during the movie to make it stop. The actors continue to have lacklustre chemistry (Donald Trump and Rosie O’Donnell have more sexual tension than these two) and they’ve had 3 movies to get it right. The “plot,” as expected, is atrocious and nonsensical. And even if you go for those naughty love scenes, there is frankly nothing special (ice cream body licks and parking lot quickies are the highlights). This movie is so unappealing that my Flaming Thumbs had a hard time even getting up."
