SYNOPSIS

Based on the novel Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli

17-year-old Simon Spier hasn't told his family or friends that he's gay, and he doesn't know the identity of the anonymous classmate that he's fallen for online. Resolving both issues proves hilarious, terrifying and life-changing.

REVIEW SUMMARY

"Love, Simon is a surprisingly delightful gem thanks in part to a script that is extremely well crafted (adapted nicely from the book in which it is based). All the actors  bring a level of likability to the characters they portray and make them easy to care about throughout. While a moment or two might be borderline overly heavy handed, the melodrama is never laid on too thick. On the whole, this is a nice treat for fans of coming-of-age romantic comedies with heart."
