REVIEW SUMMARY
"The filmmakers of the Nun should probably visit a confessional to seek forgiveness for making such a sub-par horror film. While they certainly get the dreary atmosphere right, almost everything else falls short. With 1 (maybe 2) frightening moments in the entire movie, it becomes a rather boring viewing experience void of any real tension. Not helping matters is the unbelievably outrageous plot with the ending alone being one of the genre's worst in recent memory. It's a shame that it is so far off the beaten path from the other Conjuring films, as those were all fairly great little horror flicks in their own right. The Nun's biggest sin might just very well be killing off this franchise all together. Now that's scary."
